High Performance Strong Oxidation Resistance Chemical Centrifugal Pump for Spray Paint Process
Single stage, single suction horizontal cantilever centrifugal pump
The suction is horizontal, the discharge is vertical and both are cast together with the pump body.
The pump body is radial split volute pump and supported by anchor.
There are two ways to balance the axial force of the pump: when the nominal diameter of the impeller is less than or equal to 250mm, the back blade is used to balance the force; when the nominal diameter of the impeller is larger than or equal to 315mm, the sealing ring and the balance hole are used to balance the force. The residual axial force is absorbed by a set of angular contact ball bearings.

Structure Design Feature
1. Integral casting closed impeller: The impeller has back blade or balance hole, which can reduce axial thrust and seal chamber pressure, prolong the service life of bearing
2. Cylindrical roller and angular contact bearings: bear larger radial load and axial load, and strengthen the overall rigidity of the pump shaft.
3. Oil storage chamber, constant oil level gauge and air vent plug: ensure the lubrication and cooling of the bearing
